Refunds & Returns
We hope you love your Luxe Gift Box as much as we loved creating it. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes — which may include food items, personal care products, and other consumables — we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the box has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sophia@theluxegiftbox.co.uk.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in these cases, please include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) in question.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
